The RistoranTino & C. was born on 13 June 2013 from an idea of Chef Martino Leone and offers a cuisine of research, creative and innovative.
Our goal is to let you spend an evening out of the ordinary, tasting amazing preparations and flavors in an elegant, mountain and modern environment where the guest is coddled. The restaurant is divided into two rooms where we can welcome about twenty-five guests.
In 2022 RistoranTino & C. was awarded the Michelin star.
Martino Leone born in Turin in 1983. He moved to Sestriere at a young age for sports. In 2007 he and his wife Francesca opened the Framartino pizzeria in Bousson. In 2013 he opened the RistoranTino & C with the purpose of creating a high level restaurant in the Olympic valleys.
Self-taught, introverted, but whimsical, always in search of innovation and perfection.
Chiara Blanchet born in Briancon in 1991.
After high school she she immediately dedicated herself to what is her true passion…. wine.
Since 2013 she has been the maitre of RistoranTino & C. and in 2018 she obtained the title of sommellier.
Our will is to eliminate expectations.
